One Year of ZA Suites—And What’s Next

Today marks one full year since I took ZA Suites full-time. And despite the economic slowdown, we’ve been busy.

This past year, we’ve taken part in 41 projects, including:

✔ 3 walkout basements

✔ 4 finished garages

✔ 7 building additions

✔ But what we’re most proud of? Helping investors bring 31 new rental units to market.

In a time when supply is tight and financing is tough, our focus has been on working with investors to turn underutilized properties into income-generating assets—helping them scale their portfolios and build long-term wealth.

Looking ahead, ZA Suites is doubling down on supporting real estate investors, not just in executing projects but in strategizing growth and financial success. The goal isn’t just to build—it’s to create assets that last generations.

My Next Personal Project—And What You Need to Know

On March 1st, I close on my next deal: a 2,800 sq.ft. single-family home that I’m converting into a triplex, with plans to add a fourth unit down the line.
